Lockbox Services
First Bank & Trust offers wholesale and retail lockbox services to speed the collection of customer payments and improve the availability of funds.
Payments are mailed to a First Bank & Trust post office box lockbox for remittance processing. After the mail is received, payments are processed according to our customer's instructions and funds are deposited directly into the customer's checking account.
Depending on the customer's requirements, a file transmission, processed invoices, copies of checks, or other data is available for delivery. Delivery of this information can be done via modem, courier, overnight mail, or first class mail.
Remote Capture
ACH Debit Origination
Our customers have the ability to originate electronic collections easily and cost effectively through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) system. Dues, membership fees, subscriptions and payments are just some examples of how our customers utilize this service.
Files are created with either customer-owned software or programs supplied by First Bank & Trust.
Wire Transfer Services
Incoming wire transfers, both foreign and domestic, are posted upon receipt. There’s never a delay in funds availability and there’s never a charge for receipt of an incoming wire.
