Taking Advantage of Technology

Just because we’re the community bank with a user-friendly staff and great people answering the telephones, it doesn’t mean we don’t have all the “bells and whistles” that technology offers:

Internet Banking
Thousands of our customers are taking advantage of our Internet Banking Platforms to pay bills, transfer funds between accounts or just to make sure their accounts are in order. They also have a direct link to TurboTax and can download into Quicken (with the free consumer/small business FirstBank Express) or Quick Books (with Business Express). If you haven’t enrolled yet, please contact one of our Personal Bankers or go to our website to complete an application.

Electronic Statements
If you have Internet Banking (business or consumer) you are able to sign up to receive your monthly statements electronically. You’ll be able to receive your statements faster and more securely and you’ll be able to store them electronically, eliminating the need to accumulate yet more paper. You’ll also be helping us save trees, thereby helping the environment.

Remote Deposit Capture
Many of our Commercial customers are enjoying the convenience of making deposits without ever leaving their offices. A small scanner connected to a computer is all that’s needed to securely transmit deposits for processing. While this is particularly handy and cost effective for those who are a bit of a distance from the Bank or have been FedExing deposits to us, many nearby customers who process a large volume of checks are also enjoying the benefits of Remote Capture. Mobile Banking
Mobile Banking is a setup that will enable First Bank & Trust customers who have Debit or ATM cards to conduct banking transactions and obtain account information on their cell phones. In fact, if you have an I-Phone, you’ll be able to access this through your own First Bank & Trust App! And you can also get an app for your Droid. If you're enrolled in First Bank Express, just log on and go to Manage Mobile Banking Settings. Follow the steps and you'll be able to do all your transactions wherever you are.
