Internet Banking and Your E-Mail Address

As you may have figured out by now, your security is extremely important to us. That’s why we send you e-mail confirmations when your FirstBank or Business Express passwords are changed. That way, if you didn’t make that change, you’ll be advised to contact us right away.

In addition, confirmations of bill payment items and self-selected alerts are emailed to you to keep you apprised of activity on your account.

If you change your e-mail address but don’t change it on our internet banking systems, these notifications bounce back to us. Much as we try to notify you, often we are unable to determine whose email it is and are, therefore, unable to do so.

There are places within both the Consumer/Small Business and the Business systems where you can make the change. We hope you’ll take the extra moment to do so.
