Trust & Investments

Introduction

The Trust/Investment Management Department of First Bank & Trust commenced operations in January 2000 and since that time assets under management have grown to over $220 million and our staff has increased to five experienced professionals (please see the attached background sheet for their credentials).

There is no better place to put some or all of one's investment funds than First Bank & Trust, and there is no better institution to designate as trustee, co-trustee or executor in one's will and/or trust. We give all of our customers the highest level of service and attention. Why are we different?

  • All investments are tailored to each individual situation...no one is herded into a mutual fund.
  • We invest for the long term rather than churning portfolios for the commission income.
  • Clients have access to the best research and information in the business.
  • We deliver the highest level of personalized service from experienced trust and investment officers.
  • Each portfolio is managed locally so clients can always stop by and visit with us personally.
  • Our trustee and management fees are very competitive as our enclosed schedule indicates.

Give serious consideration to moving all or a portion of your investable funds to our Trust/Investment Management Department. You will not be disappointed. Call Michael B. Westberg, Chuck Dickson Karen L. Rose or Bob Lockwood at 847-733-7400 for additional information.
