A new fraud prevention measure created by our online banking system administrators went into effect on June 20th, 2016. The feature affects both FirstBank Express and Business Express online banking customers. If you enter an incorrect Company ID or User ID you will be presented with the system's Security Shield and a set of incorrect phone numbers. The phone numbers are deliberately incorrect and are designed to prevent criminals from randomly entering User IDs (which may, by chance, match with a real user) and then using the “Forgot Password” feature to get a new password issued to them via an on-file phone number. The incorrect phone numbers should not be seen as an indication that your account has been compromised. Simply try again with the correct information.
