Apple's newest iOS 11 operating system was released September 21st, 2017. We have determined that a new distribution of our FB&T Mobile Banking and FB&T Business Mobile Banking iPhone® apps will be required for this new release. An update to our First Bank & Trust's mobile apps is being developed and we will announce when they will be provided as resoluition to the following iOS issues. There have been no new issues found that affect the iPad® app.
A user is unable to enter all required payee details because the screen is not scrollable and is hidden by the keyboard.
Editing Existing Payees
A user is unable to edit all required payee details because the screen is not scrollable and is hidden by the keyboard.
The workaround for both these issues is to update your payee information using your internet banking application.
When a user signs on to Mobile Banking using a passcode and then either signs off or submits an incorrect passcode, the text, “Sign On with user ID and password” that appears on the Passcode Sign On page no longer appears.
The workaround for this issue is to exit Mobile Banking and then re-launch the app.
All iOS 11-related issues listed above are targeted to be resolved with the upcoming release of Mobile Banking Version 4.3 for the iPhone.
Note: If you upgrade to Apple’s iOS 11 before the updated Mobile Banking Version 4.3 app is available, you may experience the issues described above.
